These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Attentia LLC ("Apisy", "we", "us", or "our"), operator of the Apisy website and application (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Apisy is an AI-powered content system for building authority on LinkedIn and X. Features may include content generation, planning, analytics, and — where you connect the relevant accounts — publishing and scheduling. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time.
You can register with an email and password or by signing in with Google, LinkedIn, or X. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Bee Coins are virtual credits used to access AI features. They have no monetary value, are not currency or a stored-value instrument, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable. Each plan includes a monthly balance that resets at the start of each billing cycle; unused monthly Bee Coins do not roll over. Bee Coins you purchase as top-ups are added to your balance and carry over between billing cycles until used. We may adjust the credit cost of features with reasonable notice.
You may optionally connect third-party accounts such as Google (including Google Calendar), LinkedIn, and X. When you do, you authorize Apisy to access and act on those accounts only as you instruct — for example, to sync a calendar or to publish or schedule content you create and approve. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. The platforms may modify, limit, or discontinue access at any time, which may affect related features. Apisy is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, LinkedIn, or X.
You agree not to use the Service to: break the law or infringe third-party rights; publish spam, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or infringing content; impersonate others; violate the terms or automation rules of any connected platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; or resell the Service except as expressly permitted (for example, through Agency features). You are solely responsible for the content you create, schedule, and publish.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide and the drafts you generate. You grant Apisy a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate and provide the Service — including sending it to AI providers to generate output and, at your instruction, publishing it to connected platforms. You are responsible for having the rights to the content you upload and publish.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintended, and may resemble content created by others. Apisy provides tools and suggestions, not professional advice or guaranteed results. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published.
The Service — including its software, design, models, logos, and the "Apisy" mark — is owned by Attentia LLC and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any particular result (reach, engagement, leads, or revenue) will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Attentia LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Attentia LLC from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any third-party rights or platform policies.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service, or as needed to protect the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and revise the "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated where required. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
