Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 28, 2026

1. Who we are

Apisy ("Apisy", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI-powered content platform operated by Attentia LLC. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Apisy website (apisy.ai) and application (app.apisy.ai) (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this Policy; if you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Contact: privacy@apisy.ai · Mailing address: Attentia LLC, 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name, email address, and (if you register with email) a password. If you sign in with Google, LinkedIn, or X, we receive your name and email from that provider to create and identify your account.
  • Billing information — subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Stripe, on behalf of Attentia LLC. We receive limited details such as your name, billing country, plan, and the last four digits and status of your card. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Content you provide — the posts, prompts, campaigns, images, and other content you create, and any analytics files you choose to upload (for example, CSV, JSON, or ZIP exports from LinkedIn or X).
  • Data from connected accounts — if you choose to connect Google, LinkedIn, or X, we access the specific data described in Section 4, using access tokens you authorize.
  • Usage and device data — log data, IP address, browser and device type, and how you interact with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies (Section 8).

3. How we use your information

We use your information to: provide, operate, and secure the Service; create and manage your account and subscription; generate, plan, analyze, and — at your instruction — publish content; personalize output using your own data; provide customer support; send transactional and, where permitted, marketing communications (Section 7); detect and prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. Where required, our legal bases are performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, and legal compliance.

4. Connected services — Google, LinkedIn & X

Apisy works without connecting any account. Connecting Google, LinkedIn, or X is optional and always initiated by you. You can disconnect at any time from your dashboard or from the provider's own settings, which revokes our access.

Google. If you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile (name and email) to identify your account. If you enable Google Calendar sync, we request permission to view and manage calendar events so we can add and update your Apisy content schedule (for example, your 90-day plan) on a calendar you choose. Apisy's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide and improve these user-facing features; we do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security, to comply with law, or as strictly necessary to operate the feature.

LinkedIn and X. If you connect LinkedIn or X, we access — with your authorization — your profile information, the content analytics you request, and permission to publish or schedule posts that you create and approve. We use this data only to provide the features you request, store access tokens securely, and never post without your instruction. Your use of these connections is also subject to the LinkedIn and X terms and policies, and we handle their data in accordance with their developer requirements. Apisy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, LinkedIn, or X.

5. AI processing

To generate and analyze content, your prompts and relevant content are processed through AI models, including our proprietary models and trusted third-party model providers acting as our processors. We do not use your private content to train public AI models, and you retain ownership of the drafts you create. AI output may be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.

6. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers (processors) who help us run the Service — for example Stripe (payments), hosting and infrastructure providers, email delivery providers, and AI model providers — bound by contract to protect your data.
  • Platforms you connect (Google, LinkedIn, X) to deliver the features you request.
  • Legal and safety — where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

7. Emails and marketing

We send transactional messages (for example, account, security, billing, and trial notices) that are necessary to operate the Service. We may also send marketing emails about features, tips, and offers. You can opt out of marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email or by contacting us; we honor these requests and comply with applicable email laws (including CAN-SPAM and, where relevant, GDPR/ePrivacy consent rules). Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

We use strictly necessary cookies to run the Service (for example, to keep you signed in) and, where permitted, analytics cookies to understand usage and improve the product. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

9. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a limited period as required to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can delete content or your account at any time (Section 11).

10. Data security

We store information on secure, access-controlled infrastructure and use encryption in transit and appropriate safeguards for data at rest and for stored access tokens. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to promptly address any incident.

11. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. You can disconnect any linked account at any time, and you can request permanent deletion of your data by emailing privacy@apisy.ai. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA where they apply) and do not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

12. International transfers

We are based in the United States and may process your information there and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for international transfers.

13. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to, and is not intended for, anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date; material changes will be communicated where required. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
